Seiko - Presage Automatic | SSA425
The Presage SSA425 automatic timepiece is part of the "Style 60's" Collection inspired by SEIKO's classic 1964 Crown Chronograph and Japan's first wrist watch with a stop watch function. The 40.8mm polished stainless steel case features a partial open heart dial on a contoured chapter ring under a small 24-hour sub-dial. Fashioned after the retro colors of the time, a soft black dial is encircled by a fixed black aluminum bezel under a box shaped glare-resistant sapphire crystal. Equipped with a vintage inspired beige LumiBright application to the razor sharp diamond shaped hands and applied indiced markers are surrounded by a minutes track. The stainless steel easy-grip generous sized crown has a 50 meter water resistance capacity. An exhibition case-back displays Seiko's own in-house caliber movement 4R39. Fitted with a brushed and polished stainless steel 3-link bracelet with comfortable angular lugs and twin push button tri-fold safety clasp closure to stay secure and in place on the wrist.
